Uses of Organic German Chamomile Essential Oil.!!

German chamomile, which is often referred to as blue or true Chamomile, comes from the Compositae family of plants. These two species have been used medicinally for centuries- Germanchamolina has more potent medicinal properties than the Roman variety.

German chamomile oil is not only an all-purpose cleaning agent; it also contains many chemical components that provide a deep blue color. The most notable of these is azulene, which forms from matricin during steam distillation and gives the German Cham flower its iconic bluish hue!

German chamomile oil is a versatile, multifaceted product that can be used in many different ways. In its fresh form, it has the viscosity and sweet scent of an Herb while dried out more closely resembles Sharicone or mineral oils with no smell at all!


How long have people been using chamomile oil?

Chamomile is one of the most ancient medicinal herbs known to mankind. Egyptians dedicated it to their gods because they were able to heal with its healing properties, while Romans used chamomile in making medicines and drinks centuries ago!

As the Middle Ages progressed, people began sprinkling Chamomile on their floors at public gatherings in order to release its sweet and crisp fragrance.

Uses of Organic German Chamomile Essential Oil


Spray it

Create your very own natural, organic spray formula by mixing 10-15 drops of chamomile oil with every ounce (or mL) in water. Now you can reach all corners and edges without worrying about getting greasy!


 Diffuse it

Place a few drops of chamomile oil in the diffuser to create an invigorating aroma that will freshen up your home.


 Massage it

In order to have a better night's sleep, mix 5 drops of chamomile oil with 10ml miaroma base oils and massage them into the skin.


Bathe in it

Add 4 to 6 drops of chamomile oil into a warm bath and relax for at least 10 minutes. The steam will help you relax as well!


Inhale it

The soothing and fragrant scent of chamomile will soothe your senses with each breath. Place a few drops onto some cloth or tissue, then gently wipe yourself down from top to toe before bedtime for an extra boost!


 Apply it

Use 1 to 2 drops of chamomile oil as an added benefit when making your own body lotion or moisturizer. You can also add the mixture to a wet towel and apply that directly onto the skin for better absorption!
